JUNIORS

PSAT/NMSQT Preparation

All Juniors will take the Preliminary SAT in October. This test is also the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. This is a standardized test that provides practice for the SAT Reasoning test that students may choose to take as a college entrance exam. Like the SAT, the PSAT measures critical reading skills, math problem-solving skills and writing skills. The PSAT does not require students to recall specific facts from their classes. There are ways; however, that students can prepare. For more information on the PSAT/NMSQT, visit http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/psat/prep.html
